It is an account/report from the set of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. The following are some faxes he sent Walter Isaacson (Time’s managing editor) putting the story in context, somewhat. One or two for Ralph Steadman there too RE the artwork for the piece. Also included is the cover of the Time issue in question. November 10 1997. Just click on an image to read it.
