I’m liking those old articles. Around 1975 I spent a fair amount of time in a library trying to find the ones he did for the Observer without any luck. Do you know if they’re available online anywhere?

I just bought Generation of Swine by Hunter S. Thompson. I didn’t really look at it too much til I got home. I noticed that it had a message written on the first pages. I’ve looked at other copies on eBay and haven’t found one with the inscription. I did learn that it’s a 1st Edition and that it’s price clipped. I figure that it might be a forgery but I’d really like to know. Hope that you might be able to help me out.

You know, I have to tell you, I really enjoy this blog and the great insight. I find it to be energizing and quite enlightening. I wish there were more blogs like it.
