Loyal Gonzo fan and Kentuckian. I have been trying to find foreign first editions–rather difficult to find on ebay. Any suggestions of dealers overseas? Are there any bibliographies listing HST foreign translations? (I pick foreign firsts whenever I travel and have noticed that many countries and just starting to publish certain American authors).
