The Proud Highway

“The Proud Highway: Saga of a Desperate Southern Gentleman 1955-1967.” Fear and Loathing Letters Volume 1. Thompson’s first book of letters out of a published two, with one on the way. I have always thought of these letters as a great way of getting to know the man, and some of his methods.
